老饕最愛的美國穀物飼養牛肉，香甜多汁肉質鮮嫩，板腱牛火鍋片取自牛的肩胛部，板腱的特色是中間有一根透明的嫩筋是所有牛肉部位獨有的，不同於嚼不爛的白筋，嫩筋吃起來口感非常Q彈！原肉分切非組合肉，油脂分布均口感鮮甜入口即化卻不油膩，牛肉香氣十足。是煮火鍋、涮涮鍋、壽喜燒的絕佳食材，清涮於80℃的滾湯中即可逼出牛肉的獨特香氣，除了火鍋外用來煎、快炒也非常適合。
