美味的澳洲穀飼牛肉，原料來自精選健康的澳洲牛 (草飼+穀飼)，牛小排部位在牛胸前肋脊部的第6節至第8節，此部位肉質較結實、帶有些許筋膜，含有豐富油脂，料理起來的香氣十足，帶骨牛小排肉質嫩而彈牙，美味可口，因有骨頭的緣故，所以乾煎後會有獨特的口感並散發誘人香氣。以黑胡椒醬料醃漬，解凍立刻就可燒烤烹調，是烤肉的絕佳食材。
